On-Ramp is a fundamental 3 session informational download. This is a great opportunity to find out what you know and what you don't know and narrow the gap. As you go through the 3 sessions you will cover a broad range of exercises and refine techniques of proper form, increased performance and reduced opportunity for injury. This will send you confidently into classes with knowledge of how to personally perform commonly used exercises and knowing ways to scale and modify accordingly.
